How does booking work?
Pick a coach and package, choose a time slot, and pay securely — takes under two minutes.
Where do sessions actually happen?
Mainly Discord. Your session runs in a Discord voice call with screen share, which is also where your coach sends prep notes beforehand and your written action list afterwards. If Discord does not work for you, message support before you book and we will find something that does.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your session at no charge from your booking confirmation email.
What if I miss my session?
You get one grace. Miss a session without warning and we will rebook it once at no charge. After that, a missed session counts as used. Rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead is always free and never touches your grace.
What is your refund policy?

Do bundle sessions expire?
Yes, one year from purchase. In practice that is long enough not to matter, since bundles are built to be used over weeks rather than months, but it does mean a bundle bought as a gift should not sit unopened.
Can I switch coach part-way through a bundle?
Yes. Tell us and we will move your remaining sessions across at no charge. Fit matters more than continuity, and finding out early costs you nothing.
How are your coaches vetted?
Every coach has been verified through a trial period, a profile check, and shadowing an existing coach before taking on their duties. The trial is about teaching rather than rank: a high rank shows someone can play, it does not show they can explain why a decision was right.
Do you coach outside LoL and TFT?
Not currently — we're specialists in League of Legends and TFT only.
